Our Process
Perhaps something in your life has changed, but you haven’t found the language for it yet.
Perhaps you know something is shifting.
Perhaps you are grieving a version of yourself, a relationship, a dream, or a life you thought you were going to have.
Perhaps you are awakening to something you cannot unsee.
Perhaps motherhood, birth, postpartum, love, loss, or a profound life transition has opened a door you weren’t expecting to walk through.
Or perhaps nothing is particularly “wrong.”
You just have so much on your heart, and you’re longing for somewhere to put it.
Soul Sister Sessions are for these in-between places.
For the threshold.
For the quiet knowing.
For the questions.
For the things you haven't told anyone.
For the thoughts that are still becoming thoughts.
You may be standing at a threshold.
You can come with a story.
A question.
A feeling.
A tangled mess of thoughts.
A realization you’re not sure what to do with.
A decision you’re sitting beside.
Or simply the sense that you need to be witnessed by someone who can hold space without immediately trying to change you.
In our time together, you are the authority on your own life.
Megan may offer an intuitive reflection when it feels supportive, but there is no agenda to tell you who you are or what your experience means.
Instead, there is an invitation to slow down enough to hear yourself.
To sift through the noise.
To notice what is yours.
To find the truth underneath everyone else's opinions, expectations, fears, and projections.
Because sometimes the wisdom you are looking for isn't missing.
It simply hasn't had enough room to speak.
You don't have to come with a problem to solve.
Soul Sister Sessions are intentionally different from clinical or therapeutic care.
There is no diagnosis.
No prescription.
No treatment plan.
No attempt to pathologize your experience.
Megan is not a medical provider, licensed counselor, or psychologist within the Western allopathic system.
She is a mystic and a fellow human who sits at thresholds.
Her role is not to become the authority over your life.
It is to witness your becoming.
With care.
With curiosity.
With deep respect for your autonomy.
And with the utmost privacy.
This is not therapy. It is witnessing.
Whatever is alive for you.
You might bring:
Grief and loss
Breakups and relationship transitions
Identity shifts
Spiritual awakening or expanded states of consciousness
Motherhood, birth, and postpartum transitions
Life transitions and major decisions
Spiritual malaise or feeling disconnected from your path
Questions about who you are becoming
Experiences you don't yet have words for
Something you've been carrying quietly
Or simply… whatever is on your heart
You don't need to know what the session is about before you arrive.
You can begin with, “I don't really know how to explain this…”
And we can start there.
What might we talk about?
There is something powerful about being witnessed without being managed.
About speaking freely without needing to package your experience into something understandable.
About having someone stay present while you find the words.
Soul Sister Sessions are an invitation into that kind of space.
Not to hand your authority away.
But to come closer to it.
Not to be told who you are.
But to listen for yourself.
Not to become someone new.
But to meet the person who is already emerging.
Your life is speaking.
Let's make room to listen.
A sister beside you at the threshold.
You don't need to prepare.
You don't need to have the right words.
You don't need to know what you need.
Bring the grief.
Bring the question.
Bring the uncertainty.
Bring the strange little knowing you haven't been able to explain.
Bring the joy.
Bring the mess.
Bring the thing you've been thinking about for three weeks and haven't told anyone.
Bring what is on your heart.
I'll meet you there.
